The present research study focused the gist of the right to freedom of speech and expression guaranteed by Indian Constitution to the nationals of India and but false, unconstitutional, unethical social media expressions are distorting the form of freedom of speech & expression, which is guaranteed in the Indian Constitution. This is also important for other countries’ nationals to know as human rights whatever it freedom of speech and expression or other rights are rudimentary for human development and set up a democratic rule to use rights for society’s development and individual development as well and maintain this freedom even in the era of social media. No doubt, each democratic countries is enjoying such rights guaranteed by their constitutions for their sake and for the health democratic rule, however, some countries are struggling yet for getting democratic rule and human rights where human rights including freedom of speech and expression can be applied but they are facing challenging from open freedom of social media expression by unethical, anti-nation and anti-social elements under the guise of right to freedom. However, much world organization always stressed on the fundamental rights of humans including freedom of speech and expression and free Press under the same. Democracy can thrive not only under the vigilant eye of legislature, but also under the care and guidance of public opinion, laws required as per the need of time and the Popular Press/Media, and the Press is par excellence, the vehicle through which opinion can become articulate. It is to be noted that every freedom is not unlimited but there are some restrictions for the good of the society, security of the nation, law and order and public welfare. In Digital Era in India, the freedom of speech and expression have both confrontation. However, Indian Constitution ensures the guarantee of safeguard the rights of freedom of Indian. Now social media platforms are taking place from news portal to online platforms in which masses are spreading their own ideas and thoughts for dynamic ways. But in this digital era, there is also loss to the real freedom of speech & expression as fast spreading false news and unethical and unconstitutional things are becoming a danger to the purity of the freedom of speech and expression and entwining divisive forces to damage the unity and peace of the Indian nation. The present research study found that after reasonable restrictions on the freedom of speech and expression on the ground of unethical and false propaganda, digital media platforms are distorting the form of the freedom of speech and expression in the name of right to freedom of speech and expression and Central Government should protect the unrestricted flow and digital wrong information as there is required careful navigation, sensor the wrong issues and required a balance in the freedom of speech & expression and digital or social media expression in the era of digital social media.

The State of Cameroon with all its legal animation and operational have been signatory to many human right instruments who sees the need of guaranteeing the protection of all unrelatedly of their status, sex or nationality they represent in the society. This protection and treatment of persons are the expectations of the various laws of the country in which customary law is part of by ensuring that everyone including the women should be provided with adequate protection and wellbeing. Even though the laws are clear as to the protection of everyone, customary law on its own continues to be biased in many situations when dealing with women right by regarding them as used and negligible commodities and sometimes considering them as exasperated merchandises in the eyes of the society. This article enunciates that the position occupies by customary law in Cameroon is devastating when it comes to protection, and this has created constant violations on the fundamental human rights of women. The question one is force in querying here is in determining the extent in which women standings are affected in Cameroon as a result of the customary law practices considers as a common pandemic with wide spreading effects? In retorting to the above question and objective, it will be proper for us to use analytical research method so as in gauging and gaging the damages and injuries caused on women right in Cameroon owing to these inhumane practices of customary law practices. From the above luxuriant violations of women right in Cameroon, the predilection remains that the behavior experienced by women in the country continues to be a great deathtrap and considered as a vanishing species when dealing with the protection of their rights. It is therefore in this track that customary law needs to understand that women just like others deserved to be protected by the law, as the situation experienced is really a dreadful phantasm practices in Cameroon.

Introduction: A Country drug store is a type of pharmacy or store of raw drugs. This study explores the country drug stores and propagate the profile of the drugs sold and a series of information about the sources, storage and dispensing of the drugs available from the stores. Objective: To document the practices of country raw drug stores in relation to raw materials and processed drugs.

Teacher motivation, job satisfaction, and teaching performance are central to improving educational outcomes in primary schools. This study examined the influence of supportive work environments on these factors in public primary schools within Mbeya district council, Tanzania. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected from teachers, headteachers, and ward education officers through interviews, focus group discussions and observation methods. The findings revealed that supportive work environments encompass both material and non-material elements, including adequate classrooms, teaching aids, textbooks, collegial collaboration, mentorship, and constructive leadership. Teachers in schools with well-resourced environments and supportive leadership reported higher motivation, job satisfaction, and teaching performance. Conversely, overcrowded classrooms, insufficient resources, and weak administrative support negatively affected instructional effectiveness. The study concludes that holistic interventions addressing infrastructure, leadership, professional development, and collaborative practices are essential for enhancing teacher performance and improving student learning outcomes. The findings offer critical insights for policymakers, school administrators, and education stakeholders aiming to strengthen quality of the primary education.

Healthcare is being radically transformed by the convergence of digital technologies and a growing need for more effective, personal and cost-efficient healthcare. Old-school healthcare isn’t keeping up with our aging communities, expensive preventive medications and diseases or increasing medical bills. Seeking a solution to these challenges, a new paradigm coined as "Smart Healthcare" has been introduced and it builds upon the fundamental facets of IoT and Big Data paradigms. In this paper we provide an overview of the paradigm from its architectural perspective, along with representative applications and the transformation towards smart health and well-being systems. First, we break down the fundamental technological enablers, specifically focusing on how Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) plays a crucial role in data access ubiquity and Big Data analytics drives actionable insights from large heterogeneous datasets. We then investigate the scope of its application in areas such as remote patient monitoring (in chronic disease management), clinical operations (within smart hospitals), predictive analytics (personalized medicine) and proactive well-being. The transformation of smart healthcare is anticipated to have profound impact on the digitized modern health industry, but still faces many challenges such as security, privacy, interoperability, scalability and ethical aspects. Challenges associated with, and solutions to them are critically reviewed here. Finally, we present some perspective in terms of emerging trends including AI at the Edge, 5G and block chain towards securing health data. We envision that an Internet of Things and Big Data-enabled smart healthcare will in the future transform the healthcare as we know it from reactive to proactive, predictive, personalized and participatory (P4) medicine.

Inclusive education thrives when communities actively engage in the learning, fostering environments where all students, regardless of background, abilities, or socioeconomic status, have equal opportunities to succeed. By involving parents, local organizations, and other stakeholders, schools can create structured frameworks that address the diverse needs of students. This study examines the role of community participation in educating learners with disabilities in the Domboshava community. This paper explores the role of community engagement in promoting inclusive practices within education, emphasizing collaborative efforts between schools, families, and local organizations. A participatory action research was adopted, utilizing focus group discussions and community-based workshops to facilitate inclusive practices. The collected data was transcribed and analyzed thematically. A sample of 10 learners with disabilities, 5 learners without disabilities, 10 parents from the marginalized group, 5 educators, and 10 community members was drawn through purposive sampling from the Domboshava community. Social inclusion theory and Bronfenbrenner's ecological systems theory were adopted for the study as they provide valuable foundations for understanding and implementing inclusive education. Community awareness campaigns, partnerships with organizations, and advocacy efforts strengthen this collaborative approach, emphasizing shared responsibility in building equitable and supportive learning environments for every child. Ultimately, this paper underscores the importance of shared responsibility in creating inclusive educational landscapes that empower learners and strengthen communities.

Chennai has long been the hub of education in India, attracting professionals and students from all over the country who also have similar food preferences. New hotel industry business owners have been constantly moving into the city to meet the needs and desires of a diverse clientele, and young and aspiring entrepreneurs have benefited greatly from social media marketing, which allows them to advertise their establishment on a number of platforms. This includes making films that highlight their unique items in addition to sponsored advertising, which instantly attracts viewers and followers to their websites and channels. The Social media marketing has helped the business owner present their products more thoroughly by promoting them both domestically and abroad. Both primary and secondary sources were used to collect data for this investigation. One hundred respondents were selected for the sample. Stratified sampling was used in this investigation. Regarding the findings, the researcher has a decent assignment.
